Accounts & Compliance Executive

Experience: 2–5 Years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Finance

Preference Gender: Married  Female Candidate

Location: Head Office – Coordination with Plants

Job Responsibilities

• Check Inward/Outward Registers and reconcile with Excel reports for all 3 plants.
• Verify sales bills, including E-Way Bill, E-Invoice, invoice value, weight, and rates.
• Verify sales bill rates for plants
• Check purchase bill weights and records for Plant.
• Verify cash expenses of Head Office and all 3 plants, including conveyance, food, and other expenses.
• Handle Quarterly Non-Salary TDS filing for all plants.
• Check salary attendance sheets and verify attendance calculations.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate with concerned departments for correction.
• Maintain proper records, reports, and documentation.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, TDS, GST, E-Way Bill & E-Invoice.
• Experience in accounts, billing, audit, or compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical skills.
• Knowledge of BUSY/Tally will be an advantage.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple plant locations.

Preferred Candidate: Immediate joiner / Candidates with experience in manufacturing or plant accounts will be preferred.
