Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Job Title: Accounts Executive – Logistics & Operations

Experience: 2–4 years (preferred from logistics/freight/3PL background)

We are a logistics aggregator firm partnered with leading carriers including DP World, Delhivery, and Rivigo, offering end-to-end shipping solutions to businesses across India.

Key Responsibilities

Billing & Invoicing

• Raise and manage client invoices for logistics services

• Reconcile billing against shipment data and delivery confirmations

• Handle credit notes, debit notes, and invoice disputes

Vendor Payables

• Process and track payments to shipping partners (Delhivery, Rivigo, DP World)

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve rate/billing discrepancies

• Manage payment cycles and maintain vendor ledgers

GST & Compliance

• File monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)

• Handle input tax credit (ITC) reconciliation

• Ensure compliance with GST rules specific to logistics/freight services

TDS

• Deduct and deposit TDS on vendor payments under applicable sections (194C for transport contracts)

• File quarterly TDS returns (26Q)

General Accounting

• Maintain books of accounts on Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks

• Bank reconciliation and petty cash management

• MIS reports — receivables, payables, cash flow

• Support during audits (internal and statutory)

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Tally ERP / Zoho Books

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles

• Experience handling freight/logistics billing preferred

• Good in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables for reconciliation)
