Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure accurate financial reporting and timely compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment records
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation
- Assist in GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances
- Manage vendor payments and customer outstanding follow-ups
- Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records
- Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports
- Coordinate with internal departments for accounting-related matters
- Ensure proper documentation and accuracy of financial transactions
