Job Description


*Job Description:*

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting work for our firm. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, and bookkeeping.


*Key Responsibilities:*

- *Tally Entry*: Daily purchase, sales, payment & receipt vouchers entry in Tally Prime

- *GST Work*: GST billing, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B filing assistance

- *Banking*: Bank reconciliation, cheque entry, online payment handling

- *Vendor & Customer Management*: Maintain ledger, follow-up for payments & outstanding

- *Documentation*: Bill scanning, filing, and record keeping

- *Handwritten to Digital*: Convert manual bills/notes into Tally entries accurately

- *Coordination*: Work with manager for monthly closing and reports
