Job Description
We are looking for an Academic Mentor for the General Studies (GS) vertical. This is a full-time, in-office role.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of the UPSC syllabus, evolving exam trends, and answer-writing requirements.
The role combines academic planning, content quality assurance, student mentoring, and coordination with faculty to ensure an effective course delivery.
- Deep understanding of UPSC exam pattern and evolving trends.
- Strong answer-writing and evaluation skills.
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms and academic management tools.
- Must have appeared for the UPSC Civil Services Main Examination within the last three years (2024, 2025, or 2026, depending on the recruitment cycle).
- Hindi proficiency is an added advantage.
