Academic Counsellor

This is an on-site Educational Counselor role based at the IMS center in Faridabad. The Educational Counselor will interact daily with prospective and current students and their families to understand academic goals and recommend suitable IMS programs and test-prep offerings. The role includes conducting counseling sessions (one-on-one and group), explaining course structures, admission processes, and career pathways, and guiding students on exam timelines and application strategies. The counselor will maintain follow-ups with leads, support walk-in inquiries, manage basic administrative tasks related to admissions, and coordinate with faculty and center management for smooth student onboarding. The role also involves participating in outreach activities such as seminars, workshops, and school/college visits to promote IMS programs and enhance student engagement.
