Job Title: Cafe Waiter / Operations Staff

Job Description: We are looking for a responsible and proactive Waiter/Staff Member to join our cafe team. The ideal candidate will be honest, organized, and capable of handling customer service as well as daily inventory checks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Morning Opening: Responsibly open the cafe on time and ensure all lights and ambiance settings are turned on and ready for business.
• Customer Service & Ordering: Greet customers, take their food and beverage orders accurately, and ensure prompt and polite service at the tables.
• Opening Inventory: Conduct a strict daily morning count of all items in the storeroom (specifically water bottles, cold drinks, cigarettes, etc.) before the shift starts.
• Evening Tracking: Keep a careful track of item movement throughout the day and provide an updated, accurate count of all items sold by the evening.
• Stock Reconciliation: Work directly with the cashier at the end of the day to match the physical remaining stock against the total items sold, using our PetPooja billing software to ensure zero discrepancies.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills for taking customer orders and providing service.
• Basic math skills for accurate counting and stock matching.
• Honest, reliable, and punctual.
• Familiarity with PetPooja POS or similar billing software is a plus, but we will train the right person.

• ऑर्डर लेना और सर्विस: ग्राहकों का अच्छे से स्वागत करना, उनकी टेबल से खाने-पीने का सही ऑर्डर लेना और उन्हें सर्विस देना।
• सुबह का स्टॉक चेक: स्टोर रूम से रोज़ाना पानी, कोल्ड ड्रिंक, सिगरेट और अन्य सभी सामानों की गिनती (Count) करना और रिकॉर्ड दर्ज करना।
• शाम का हिसाब: दिन भर में इस्तेमाल और बिके हुए सामान का ध्यान रखना और शाम को बिके हुए आइटम्स की बिल्कुल सही गिनती बताना।
• कैशियर के साथ स्टॉक मिलान: शिफ्ट के अंत में, कैशियर के साथ मिलकर बचे हुए सामान की गिनती करना और 'पेटपूजा' (PetPooja) सॉफ्टवेयर में हुई सेल (Sales) के साथ उसका सटीक मिलान (Match) करना ताकि कोई गड़बड़ी न हो।

योग्यता:

• ग्राहकों से बात करने और ऑर्डर लेने का अच्छा तरीका आना चाहिए।
• गिनती और हिसाब-किताब करने में सक्षम और ईमानदार होना चाहिए।
• समय का पाबंद और भरोसेमंद।
• अगर 'पेटपूजा' (PetPooja) या किसी बिलिंग सॉफ्टवेयर की जानकारी है तो प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी (ट्रेनिंग भी दी जाएगी)।
