Job Description
****We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Pharma Telemarketing & Sales Executive to promote pharmaceutical and healthcare products through outbound calling. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers as per the assigned business process and generating sales/business leads.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to promote pharmaceutical.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly and professionally.
- Generate sales leads and convert potential prospects into customers.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers regularly.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate product information.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers and business partners.
- Coordinate with the sales/operations team for order processing and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate data in CRM/Excel and update call status regularly.
- Follow company guidelines and applicable pharmaceutical marketing regulation.
