Fiber Cable Laying & Routing: Physical installation of optical fiber cables (OFC) from the nearest main supply box (distribution point) to the customer’s home or office. This involves handling tools for drilling, wall cutting, and securing the wire safely along buildings.

Device Installation & Splicing: Placing and setting up the Optical Network Terminal (ONT) and the Airtel Wi-Fi Router inside the customer's home. Basic splicing (joining fiber cables) or mechanical connector assembly may be required.

Configuration & Activation: Configuring the router settings, setting up the Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and passwords, and ensuring the line is registered and activated on Airtel’s systems.

Testing & Troubleshooting: Using testing tools to check line continuity, optical power levels (signal strength), and verifying download/upload speeds to ensure they meet the customer’s plan.

Customer Demo & Handover: Walking the customer through the setup, demonstrating how the Wi-Fi works, and managing initial queries or service complaints in a polite and professional manner.

Daily Reporting: Keeping track of completed installations, managing inventory (routers, cables, clips), and coordinating with local field supervisors.
