Operations Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented professional to join ASL Freight & Logistics. The ideal candidate should be able to coordinate daily logistics operations, communicate effectively with customers and transport partners, and ensure timely shipment execution.

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate daily freight and transportation operations.

•⁠ ⁠Communicate with customers, drivers, and transport vendors.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare and maintain operational records and reports.

•⁠ ⁠Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth service delivery.

•⁠ ⁠Support the team in achieving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Good communication and coordination skills.

•⁠ ⁠Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Email).

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

•⁠ ⁠Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.

•⁠ ⁠Experience in logistics or transportation will be preferred (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
