Installation Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the installation of aluminum, uPVC, and glass window systems at project sites.
• Coordinate with installation teams to ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Inspect incoming materials, verify quantities, and ensure proper unloading and safe stacking at the site.
• Cross-check delivered materials against delivery challans, purchase orders, and BOQs.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor installation quality, workmanship, and compliance with safety standards.
• Take accurate site measurements before fabrication and during installation to ensure proper fit and alignment.
• Coordinate with Team regarding site progress and technical issues.
• Monitor daily work progress and prepare site progress reports.
• Ensure all tools, equipment, and materials are used efficiently and maintained properly.
• Identify and resolve installation issues to minimize delays and rework.
• Maintain housekeeping and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
• Verify completed work before handing over to the client and prepare snag lists for pending items.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and manpower allocation.
