Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell Paytm QR Codes, Soundboxes, and related merchant services. The candidate will be responsible for onboarding new merchants, achieving sales targets, and providing basic after-sales support and service to existing merchants.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit local shops, retail outlets, restaurants, and businesses to promote Paytm products.

- Sell and install Paytm QR Codes and Soundboxes at merchant locations.

- Onboard new merchants and explain the benefits and usage of Paytm services.

- Provide service support for existing merchants, including troubleshooting basic device and payment-related issues.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Collect required documents and complete merchant onboarding formalities.

- Report sales activities and market feedback to the supervisor on a regular basis.
