We are seeking experienced and motivated sales professionals to strengthen our market presence across the Uttarakhand region.

Position Summary:

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing channel partnerships, expanding the dealer/distributor network, and achieving business targets within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should possess strong industry knowledge and hands-on experience in sanitary ware and bathroom fittings sales.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and expand the dealer, distributor, and retail network within the assigned territory.

* Generate new business opportunities and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.

* Promote and sell the company's sanitary ware and bathroom fitting product range.

* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management.

* Conduct regular market visits to identify business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.

* Coordinate with distributors, dealers, architects, builders, and contractors to enhance product reach.

* Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer relationships.

* Prepare sales reports and provide regular market feedback to management.

Candidate Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years of experience in Field Sales.

* Prior experience in the Sanitary Ware, Bathroom Fittings, CP Fittings, Tiles, Building Materials, or related industry is mandatory.

* Sound knowledge of sanitary ware and bathroom fitting products.

* Experience working with reputed brands such as 

* Jaquar, Cera, Hindware, Parryware, or similar companies will be preferred.

* Candidates with experience working under distributors/channel partners will be given preference.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and manage territory sales effectively.

* Must possess a valid driving license and own a two-wheeler for field travel.

Qualification:

* Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

Compensation:

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience and suitability)
