The Opportunity:

Production Executive will Execute Manufacturing activities as per plan. Ensure continuous production of products consistently with established standards by performing the following duties and responsibilities.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IVD reagent fabrication.

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Science (Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or Pharmacy).

  • Strong knowledge of ELISA, rapid card, and hematology reagent manufacturing.

  • Skilled in resource allocation and aligned with tactical and strategic business needs.

  • Good understanding of ISO 9001 & ISO 13485 standards, investigation tools, and MS Office/MS Project.

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, administrative, and time management skills with a customer-focused approach and high integrity.

How You Will Thrive and Create an Impact:

  • Manage and supervise manufacturing activities on the production floor.

  • Plan and allocate manpower as per daily production schedules.

  • Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, and cGMP guidelines in all production activities.

  • Guide, supervise, and support production workers to ensure efficient operations.

  • Execute reagent manufacturing in the MFG section.

  • Maintain production documentation, records, and daily schedules.

  • Monitor productivity, product quality, and implement quality control programs.

  • Ensure cost-effective production through planning and budget alignment.

  • Collaborate with management to implement company policies and achieve goals

  • Collect, analyze, and present production data and reports.

  • Prepare and review departmental procedures and protocols.

  • Ensure proper initiation and approval of change controls for process/product/design changes.

  • Lead timely investigations and closure of deviations, CAPA, audit observations, and non-conformances (NC)

  • Ensure compliance with records management policies and documentation standards.

  • Participate in required training programs.

  • Maintain 5S, safety standards, and a safe working environment.

  • Provide first aid support when required.

  • Apply root cause analysis tools for investigation and continuous improvement.
