Pre-Sales Executive (Software Solutions) /

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer business requirements and map them to product capabilities
• Deliver product demos (online/offline) for:
• Hotel PMS (Easypms365)
• Payroll Software (CloudPayroll365)
• ERP Solutions (CloudERP)
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and solution documents
• Work closely with sales team to convert leads into customers
• Handle client queries related to functionality, integrations, and implementation
• Coordinate with technical team for custom requirements
• Conduct competitor analysis and highlight product advantages
• Assist in RFP/RFQ responses 

Required Skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Basic understanding of SaaS / Cloud software
• Ability to translate business needs into software solutions
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with industries like hospitality, HR/payroll, or ERP is a plus

Business Development Executive (Field Sales – Software)

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in assigned territory
• Visit potential clients (hotels, corporates, SMEs) for product pitching
• Present and explain software solutions in person
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with pre-sales team for demos and closures
• Maintain CRM records and sales reports
• Conduct market research and competitor tracking
