Location : Kaipamangalam, Keralam and Rishikesh, Uttarakhand
No. of Positions : 2 (1 for Kaipamangalam, Keralam & 1 for Rishikesh, Uttarakhand)

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the overall day-to-day operations of our Resort. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between all operational departments, maintaining service standards, maximizing guest satisfaction, and achieving operational and financial objectives.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent knowledge of resort operations, and proven experience in managing teams in a reputed resort environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the resort and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
2. Coordinate closely with Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and other operational departments.
3. Ensure high standards of guest service, hospitality, cleanliness, and overall guest experience.
4. Monitor guest feedback and ensure prompt resolution of complaints and service issues.
5. Conduct regular operational rounds and inspections of guest rooms, public areas, restaurants, and other resort facilities.
6. Work closely with HODs to monitor departmental performance and ensure achievement of operational targets.
7. Ensure proper manpower planning, deployment, productivity, and discipline across departments.
8. Monitor resort SOPs and ensure their effective implementation.
9. Drive service quality initiatives and continuously identify areas for operational improvement.
10. Monitor operational expenses and support effective cost-control measures.
11. Coordinate with the General Manager and senior management on business and operational strategies.
12. Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, safety standards, and hygiene standards.
13. Conduct daily briefings and regular meetings with department heads to review operations and pending concerns.
14. Support revenue optimization through effective coordination between operational and commercial teams.
15. Ensure effective handling of VIP guests, groups, events, and special occasions.
16. Develop and maintain a strong service-oriented culture within the resort team.
17. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to improve performance and guest satisfaction.
18. Prepare and review operational reports and provide regular updates to the General Manager.
19. Ensure the resort consistently delivers a professional and memorable guest experience.
Required Skills
1. Graduate/Diploma in Hotel/Hospitality Management or a related field.
2. 8–12+ years of relevant experience in resort operations, preferably with reputed resorts/resorts.
3. Candidates currently working as Operations Manager, Rooms Division Manager, Resident Manager, EAM, or equivalent senior operational roles may be considered.
4. Strong knowledge of resort operations and interdepartmental coordination.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
6. Strong guest-handling and problem-solving abilities.
7. Good understanding of resort budgets, cost control, and operational processes.
8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
9. Candidates with experience in leisure/resort properties or hill-station resorts will be preferred.
