Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Boiler Operator / Boiler Maintenance Technician to operate and maintain boiler systems in our chemical manufacturing plant. The candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and continuous steam generation while following all safety and regulatory standards.

Freshers with relevant certification and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor boiler systems for continuous steam generation.
• Maintain proper pressure, temperature, and water levels in boilers.
• Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance of boiler equipment.
• Ensure safe operation as per Indian Boiler Regulations (IBR).
• Conduct water treatment checks (boiler feed water, chemical dosing, etc.).
• Identify and report faults, leaks, or abnormalities in boiler systems.
• Maintain daily logs, operation records, and maintenance reports.
• Coordinate with maintenance and production teams for smooth operations.
• Follow all safety procedures and ensure zero accident operations.
• Assist in shutdown and startup activities of boiler systems.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• ITI (Fitter / Welder / Mechanical / Boiler Attendant)
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred)
• B.E./B.Tech Mechanical Engineering (For senior roles)

Certification

• Boiler Attendant Certificate / Boiler Operation Engineer (BOE) preferred or mandatory as per requirement

Experience

• Freshers with certification can apply
• 1–5 years of experience in boiler operations or maintenance preferred
