Job Description

Responsibilities:

 Identify and generate potential leads for blown film plants and recycling machinery through digital platforms, industry networks, and database research

 Manage complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to final deal closure

 Conduct technical discussions with clients to understand requirements and propose suitable machinery solutions

 Handle inbound leads from platforms like IndiaMART and TradeIndia with structured follow-up

 Coordinate and manage factory visits for clients to demonstrate machine performance

 Prepare techno-commercial proposals, negotiate pricing, and close high-value deals

 Address client objections, technical queries, and drive conversions

 Maintain consistent follow-ups to ensure high lead-to-conversion ratio

 Build and maintain long-term relationships with industrial clients

 Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth


Requisite Skills:  Strong B2B technical sales understanding (preferably capital goods / machinery)

 Ability to handle high-ticket size negotiations independently

 Strong communication skills (English & Hindi mandatory)

 Capability to present technical solutions in a simple, business-oriented way

 Result-oriented mindset with focus on closures rather than activities

 Self-driven and able to work independently without supervision

 Basic CRM / lead tracking discipline (structured sales approach)


Education:

 Degree or Diploma in Engineering / Business / Relevant Field


Relevant Experience: 2 to 5 years in B2B technical sales (industrial machinery / capital goods preferred)


Total Experience: Min 2 years Company


Language English, Hindi & Gujarati (Speaking)


CTC per annum: As per industry standards (based on experience) Deductions As per Standard
