Job Description
Job Title: Sales Coordinator
We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth order execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and send quotations
* Follow up with customers on enquiries and quotations
* Coordinate with the sales, production, dispatch, and accounts teams
* Process sales orders and maintain accurate records
* Update customers on order status and delivery schedules
* Maintain daily sales reports and MIS
Requirements:
* 2–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination or Sales Support
* Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English
* Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office
* Experience with ERP/CRM is preferred
* Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills
