Operate hydraulic thread rolling machines to produce threads on fasteners, rods, and other components.

Set up machines by adjusting dies, rollers, and hydraulic pressure according to specifications.

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.

Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency.

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to prevent breakdowns.

Inspect finished products using gauges, calipers, and other measuring tools to ensure compliance with standards.

Record production data, including quantities, dimensions, and any defects.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Report any mechanical issues or irregularities to the supervisor promptly.
