Job Title: Field Collection Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Field Collection Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to visit customers at their locations to collect EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) payments and ensure timely collections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned customers as per the daily collection schedule.
• Collect EMI payments from customers and issue payment receipts as per company policy.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
• Follow up with customers for overdue or pending EMI payments.
• Update collection status and customer feedback in the company's system or mobile application.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures.
• Escalate difficult or disputed cases to the concerned supervisor.
• Achieve assigned collection targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: High School/Diploma (Graduate preferred).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel locally for customer visits.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
• Own two-wheeler is mandatory.
• Honest, punctual, and self-motivated.

Preferred Experience:

• 0–2 years of experience in field collections, sales, recovery, or customer service is preferred. Freshers with good communication skills may also apply

Salary& Perks:

• 7000Rs. Fixed Salary
• 100Rs. Per day Fuel expenses
• Monthly incentive 4000Rs. to 18000Rs.
