📍 Location: Cuttack, Odisha (Manufacturing Unit)

👗 Role Overview:

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end garment production—from fabric to finished product—while ensuring quality standards, meeting production targets, and training teams on the floor.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on-the-job training & batch setting for tailors and production teams

• Ensure line balancing, production planning & efficiency

• Monitor quality standards and production output

• Handle MIS reporting (WIP, line balancing, raw materials, etc.)

• Drive team performance, engagement & productivity

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Cutting, QC, Finishing, Stores, IE, Maintenance)

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• 5–8 years of experience in garment manufacturing

• Strong knowledge of sewing techniques & production processes

• Experience in team handling, training & supervision

• Basic MS Office skills

• Strong communication, planning & leadership abilities
