Logistics Manager

1. Transportation Management

  * Plan and coordinate shipments.

  * Select carriers and negotiate freight rates.

  * Ensure timely pickup and delivery of goods.

*Route planning and milk run delivery.

  2. Customer Relationship Management

  * Communicate with clients regarding shipment status and logistics requirements.

  * Resolve customer complaints and service issues.

  * Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction.

3.   Supply Chain Coordination

  * Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, warehouse staff, and customers.

  * Ensure smooth end-to-end supply chain operations.

4. Cost Management

  * Control transportation and warehousing costs.

  * Improve operational efficiency while maintaining service quality.

  * Prepare and monitor logistics budgets.

5.   Performance Monitoring

  * Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as:

    * On-Time Delivery (OTD)

    * Order Accuracy

    * Inventory Accuracy

    * Warehouse Productivity

    * Transportation Cost per Shipment

  * Prepare reports and recommend improvements.
