✅ Monitor team performance through daily reviews and performance tracking. 📊

✅ Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction. 🤝

✅ Ensure compliance with company policies, IRDAI guidelines, and ethical business practices. 🛡️

✅ Support advisors during client meetings and help close high-value sales opportunities. 💼

✅ Prepare MIS reports and provide timely updates to management. 📝
