Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Monthly MIS – On 5th full working day of each month Being a profit centre , Monthly results – P&L and BS Variance Analysis of Key parameters : Budget Vs Actuals Periodic Physical Verification Internal Audit : Timely closure of IA reports / Statutory Audit : Signing of FA / All consultants Working Capital Control Follow –ups of Advances made – Trade and Capex. Age analysis and steps to square-up the same Commercial evaluation of all Capex proposals Timely Payment to Creditors , based on credit terms agreed Close watch on Stock holding level Determination and disposal of non-moving / slow moving / obsolete stock Statutory Matters Compliance to Statutory requirements, Commercial ( TDS/TCS/GST) and Labour Laws ( PF/ESI/P Tax/ LWF) Facilitating for timely filing of Statutory Returns by Factory / HO All statutory matters, pertaining to Factory, with all Statutory Authorities. This includes, personal meeting / visiting the dept, as reqd / signing of correspondence ( reply - as approved ) Monthly Compliance Calendar of all statues Monthly review of all On-going Litigations Monthly tracker – All GST matters and other potential liabilities Sales Accounting Raising of E invoices -FG Raising of E Way bills -FG Scrap Sales : Comparative quotes /TCS / GST compliances Periodic cleaning - up the physical area Accounting of E -Debit and E- credit notes of Customers GST Matters Submission of Monthly GSTR 1 in time - to consultant / Determination of Monthly 3B liability / Recon : 2b Vs books and Vice Versa. Resolving all pending items, before the next 3B / RCM entries / Raising of Self invoices for all RCMs / Accounting of e debit notes and e credit invoices / Determination of illegible credit, with reasons thereof Control of Manpower Cost Monthly PR on salary payments / Monthly salary MIS. Reasons for swings – favourable and unfavourable / Labour cost : Own + Contract Labourers / Compliance by Labour contractors / Monthly statutory remittance : Own + Contract Labourers Risk Mitigation Insurance Policy : General Health insurance – covering all assets / Group Gratuity Policy / Workmen compensation / Public liability / Marine – In transit / Project related / All Vehicles / Others Timely renewal / negotiation for better rates / Timely inclusions – exclusions / Lodgement of claims / Coordination with Surveyor / Follow –up of Claims , till its realization
