Reports To : Branch Manager

Job Summary

The Agent Manager is responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing a team of sales agents to achieve business targets. The role involves driving sales performance, providing training and coaching, monitoring productivity, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, onboard, and retain high-performing sales agents.

Set sales targets and monitor agent performance against KPIs.

Train, mentor, and coach agents to improve productivity and customer engagement.

Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably with at least 1–2 years in a team management role.

Mainly preferring for *Chit based Experience* 

5+ year of experience in *INSURANCE , FINANACE, FMCG* 

Salary 

20k to 25k
