Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and organized Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage inventory, supervise warehouse staff, and ensure smooth material movement while maintaining safety and quality standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory control.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments.
• Ensure proper stock management and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with transport, dispatch, and logistics teams.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety procedures.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports.
• Manage warehouse manpower and assign tasks.
• Conduct stock audits and physical inventory checks.
• Ensure timely loading and unloading operations.
• Follow company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Required Skills:Basic knowledge of warehouse operations.
• Inventory management skills.
• Leadership and team handling ability.
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and warehouse documentation.
