Job Description

Main roles and responsibilities:

  1. Travel Booking: Arrange flight tickets, hotel reservations, transportation, and holiday packages.
  2. Customer Service: Assist customers with travel inquiries, requests, and complaints.
  3. Itinerary Planning: Prepare travel schedules, tour plans, and travel itineraries.
  4. Visa Assistance: Guide customers through visa applications and travel documentation.
  5. Corporate Travel Management: Coordinate business trips and travel arrangements for company employees.
  6. Cost Management: Find cost-effective travel options and manage travel budgets.
  7. Coordination: Communicate with airlines, hotels, travel agents, and tour operators.
  8. Documentation: Maintain booking records, invoices, travel documents, and reports.
  9. Problem Solving: Handle flight cancellations, delays, rescheduling, and other travel-related issues.
