Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to cold or warm leads to pitch products and close sales.
- Answer inbound calls from interested customers and guide them through buying options.
- Use sales scripts effectively while keeping the conversation natural and engaging.
- Understand customer needs and suggest the best product or service match.
- Upsell or cross-sell extra features or related items when possible.
- Update the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database with call notes, customer details, and sale statuses.
- Handle rejections politely and keep a positive, calm attitude. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]
Requirements & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Strong communication skills, including a clear speaking voice and good listening habits.
- Basic computer literacy and experience using CRM tools.
- Resilience and patience to deal with repeated rejections.
- Prior sales or customer service experience is a major plus
