Telecalling Executive

Position: Telecaller (Fresher)

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to join our team. Freshers are welcome to apply. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, following up with leads, maintaining records, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and attend inbound inquiry calls.
• Explain company products, services, and project details to customers.
• Follow up with leads regularly and maintain customer relationships until conversion.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain customer and lead data in Excel spreadsheets.
• Update customer records and follow-up details in the company's real estate software/CRM.
• Handle leads generated through advertisements, social media campaigns, and other marketing activities.
• Schedule appointments and site visits for interested customers.
• Attend daily team meetings and submit call reports.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and follow-up targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer communication.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage).
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good listening and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
• Strong follow-up and communication skills.

Qualification:

• Any Degree / Diploma / Higher Secondary (12th Pass).
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Prior telecalling or sales experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
