Job Description
Handle Inbound Leads: Promptly answer incoming customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and services to convert interest into sales or showroom visits.
Conduct Outbound Calling: Make structured outbound business calls to warm leads, past customers, and database contacts to promote trade-ins and special offers.
Deliver Product Pitches: Explain product value propositions, technical grading (for electronics/gadgets), and warranty benefits clearly to build immediate customer trust.
Meet Call & Sales Targets: Achieve daily and weekly KPIs, including talk time, call volume, lead qualification rate, and successfully closed deals.
Manage Lead Pipeline: Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer interaction records, follow-up dates, and sale statuses in the CRM tracking sheet.
Negotiate & Close: Handle customer objections smoothly, offer authorized bundles or discounts, and guide customers toward a definitive purchase decision.
Provide Post-Call Support: Coordinate with the internal sales or showroom teams to ensure smooth handovers for customers planning a physical store visit.
Language & Communication: Must possess fluent verbal communication skills in the local language and professional-level spoken English.
Required Experience: 1–3 years of experience in tele-sales, customer support, or inside sales (experience in retail or gadget recommerce is a major plus).
Key Traits: High energy, persuasive speaking tone, strong listening skills, and the resilience needed to handle outbound sales rejections.
