We are looking for a dynamic Telecaller & student counsellor to manage inbound enquiries and drive course enrolments. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students, responsible for understanding their career goals, clearly explaining our course details and fee structures, and providing empathetic academic guidance. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional verbal communication skills, a patient yet persuasive phone manner, and the discipline to maintain consistent follow-ups via calls and WhatsApp to successfully convert leads into walkins.
