Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to hotels, resorts, restaurants, hospitals, institutions, and other potential business customers.
  • Identify and generate new sales leads through telephone calls, online research, referrals, and existing databases.
  • Introduce and explain the company's hotel textile products, including:
  • Bed linen and bedsheets
  • Pillow covers
  • Towels and bath linen
  • Duvet covers
  • Table linen
  • Curtains and other hospitality textiles


Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
  • Good negotiation and convincing skills.
  • Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, email, and CRM/ERP systems.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and explain products clearly.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
  • Good organization and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection professionally and consistently follow up with prospects.
  • Knowledge of English is required; knowledge of Hindi and/or regional languages is an advantage.
