Technical Support Engineer

The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical service support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial hydraulic products within the assigned region. The role involves understanding customer requirements, diagnosing technical issues, and ensuring timely servicing to maintain high customer satisfaction.

The candidate will be required to handle industrial product servicing, hydraulic system diagnostics, and support customers with effective technical solutions. The engineer should possess strong knowledge in hydraulic systems, including hydraulic circuit reading, product servicing, fault identification, and diagnostics.

The role also includes coordinating with internal technical teams to resolve customer concerns, providing technical guidance, and ensuring smooth product performance in industrial applications.

Additionally, the candidate will contribute towards service excellence, customer retention, and overall business growth through effective technical support and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support and servicing for industrial hydraulic products

Diagnose product issues and perform troubleshooting effectively

Read and understand hydraulic circuits for maintenance and repair activities

Conduct product servicing, fault finding, and diagnostics

Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure prompt issue resolution

Visit customer locations as required to provide on-site technical support

Maintain service reports and technical documentation

Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective service support

Requirements

Diploma, B.Tech, or B.E in Mechanical, EEE, or Mechatronics

2 to 3 years of experience in industrial product servicing

Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in hydraulics

Experience in hydraulic circuit reading, product servicing, and diagnostics

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and manage technical responsibilities effectively

Willingness to travel as required for business needs
