Job Description
We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Tally Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should provide technical and functional assistance to our existing users, troubleshooting Tally Prime/ERP 9 issues, and assisting with installations and configurations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide telephonic, remote (Anydesk/TeamViewer), and on-site technical support to Tally users.
Troubleshoot Tally software problems.
Assist in Tally installation, configuration, and upgrades for new and existing clients.
Conduct product training and guidance for customers on how to use Tally features efficiently.
Problem solving skills.
Maintain accurate records of customer issues and resolutions.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Tally software support or accounting roles.
Strong knowledge of Tally Prime & Tally ERP 9.
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
Excellent communication skills and customer-centric approach.
