About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our end-to-end recruitment process. You will be responsible for attracting top talent, building strong pipelines, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our company culture and values.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process — from job posting to offer rollout

Source candidates through job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.), social media, referrals, and campus drives

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics

Screening & Selection

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic / video interviews

Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders

Administer assessments or case studies as applicable

Evaluate candidates against competency frameworks and cultural fit

Employer Branding

Represent the company at job fairs, campus events, and industry networking sessions

Collaborate with the marketing team on employer branding content

Promote the company's culture and EVP (Employee Value Proposition) across platforms

Offer & Onboarding Support

Negotiate and roll out offer letters in coordination with HR

Conduct pre-employment background and reference checks

Coordinate with HR and department heads for smooth onboarding of new hires

Reporting & Analytics

Track and report on key recruitment metrics — time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, source effectiveness

Maintain accurate records on the ATS (Applicant Tracking System)

Identify bottlenecks in the hiring process and recommend improvements

Who You Are

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (agency or in-house)

Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)

Strong sourcing skills — LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job portals

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously

Data-driven mindset with attention to detail

Knowledge of labor laws and hiring compliance is a plus

Nice to Have

Experience hiring for technical, marketing, or leadership roles

Familiarity with HR tools like Darwinbox, BambooHR, or Workday

Prior experience in a fast-paced startup or growing organization
