Supervisor/Incharge

Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily production activities.
• Handle manpower and shift allocation.
• Ensure production targets are achieved.
• Maintain quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with production, QC, and dispatch teams.
• Check machine operation and production flow.
• Maintain production reports.
• Solve shop floor issues and support workers.
• Ensure proper material handling and stock movement.

Qualifications:

• Ability to handle team supervision and production activities.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Job location will be near Keernatham, Coimbatore

Timing : 8.30am to 7pm.
