Store Helper

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Receive, tag, and record customer garments accurately.
• Generate bills and process cash, card, and UPI payments.
• Explain laundry, dry cleaning, and other services to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, calls, and complaints politely.
• Coordinate with the washing, ironing, and delivery teams.
• Inform customers when orders are ready for pickup.
• Maintain customer records and daily transaction reports.
• Keep the reception area clean and organized.
• Ensure timely handover of garments and maintain proper documentation.

Requirements:

• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer and billing knowledge.
• Ability to handle cash and maintain records.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Prior experience in customer service or a laundry business is an advantage but not mandatory.
