Key Responsibilities

1 Monitoring Architecture Engineering Zabbix SolarWinds

Design and implement enterprise monitoring solutions using Zabbix and SolarWinds

Define monitoring standards thresholds templates and ing strategies

Lead onboarding of critical infrastructure applications and hardware into monitoring tools

Drive proactive monitoring and predictive ing to minimize outages

2 Advanced Troubleshooting L3 Incident Management

Handle complex L3 escalations across infrastructure and monitoring tools

Perform deep root cause analysis RCA and implement permanent fixes

Lead major incident resolution and collaborate with OEMvendors

Provide technical guidance to L1L2 teams

3 Patching Strategy Compliance Ivanti OS Patching

Design and govern patch management strategy using Ivanti

Ensure patch compliance across Windows Linux and Solaris environments

Drive vulnerability remediation aligned with security and audit requirements

Optimize patch cycles minimize downtime and ensure rollback readiness

4 OS Administration Platform Engineering

Manage and optimize server environments
