Job Description

Position: Crane Field Supervisor / Field Support Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with multiple crane supervisors and field operators.
  • Purchase and deliver required products/materials to crane operators at field locations.
  • Arrange and provide food/refreshments for operators when required.
  • Travel to different field locations based on operational requirements.
  • Support crane supervisors and operators with day-to-day field requirements.
  • Maintain good coordination between the office team, crane supervisors, and operators.
  • Handle urgent field requirements and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements:

  • Valid two-wheeler (bike) driving licence.
  • Valid four-wheeler driving licence.
  • Ability to travel to different field locations.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic knowledge of mobile phones/WhatsApp for field communication.
  • Flexible to work according to field requirements.
  • Previous experience in crane/construction/field operations is an advantage.
