Job Description
1) Maintenance & Repairs:
o Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks on equipment and systems.
o Troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
o Maintain records of maintenance and repairs performed.
2) Technical Support:.
o Respond to customer inquiries regarding product functionality and troubleshooting steps.
o Conduct product training for customers and end-users as required.
3) Installation & Setup:
o Install and configure products and equipment at customer sites.
o Ensure proper setup and integration with existing systems or infrastructure.
4) Documentation:
o Create and maintain detailed service reports and records of each job performed.
o Update the client’s equipment history for future reference.
5) Customer Service:
o Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
o Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and effectively.
6) Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting:
o Analyze technical issues and provide efficient solutions.
o Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, quality control, etc.) to escalate unresolved issues and find resolutions.
o Associate with sales team and promote our growth for Thermax spares & Accessories
