Service Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment at customer sites. Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and test equipment at customer locations.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.
• Diagnose technical issues and carry out repairs efficiently.
• Respond to customer service requests and provide on-site technical support.
• Maintain service reports, maintenance records, and documentation.
• Train customers on equipment operation and basic maintenance.
• Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and technical support.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Support warranty claims and equipment upgrades when required.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
