Job Description

Job DescriptionIcare is looking for a proactive and organized Service Coordinator to coordinate service requests, assign engineers, and ensure timely completion of customer support activities.


Key Responsibilities


  • Coordinate daily service calls and assign jobs to field service engineers.
  • Track service requests and ensure timely closure within SLA.
  • Prepare and maintain service schedules.
  • Coordinate with customers regarding service updates and appointments.
  • Follow up with engineers on job status and call closure.
  • Maintain service reports, call logs, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with the spare parts and logistics team for material availability.
  • Handle customer queries and escalate unresolved issues when required.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service reports.
  • Support the Service Manager in day-to-day service operations.


Required Skills

  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong follow-up and multitasking ability.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work under deadlines.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Good documentation and reporting skills.


Preferred Qualification

Any Graduate / Diploma.

  • 1–3 years of experience as a Service Coordinator, Customer Support Executive, Back Office Executive, or Service Desk Coordinator.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
