Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell our range of Copper and Aluminium electrical termination components through direct B2B sales and channel sales networks. The role involves developing new customers, strengthening existing customer relationships, expanding dealer and distributor networks, and achieving sales growth across assigned territories.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesB2B Sales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and develop new business opportunities with industries where wire and cable termination products are used.
  • Promote and sell Copper and Aluminium Cable Lugs, Connectors, Ferrules, Sockets, and related electrical termination products.
  • Target key customer segments including:
  • Electrical Panel Builders
  • Switchgear Manufacturers
  • Transformer Manufacturers
  • EPC Contractors
  • Solar & Renewable Energy Companies
  • Electrical Contractors
  • OEMs
  • Industrial Manufacturing Plants
  • Utilities and Infrastructure Projects
  • Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, and technical discussions.
  • Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and secure orders.
  • Develop long-term customer relationships and identify repeat business opportunities.
  • Channel Sales DevelopmentAppoint and manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners within assigned territories.
  • Drive secondary sales through channel partners.
  • Provide product training and technical support to distributors and dealers.
  • Monitor channel partner performance and assist them in achieving sales targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities for channel expansion.
