Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to generate leads and close deals.
• Monitor daily sales activities and provide guidance to Sales Officers.
• Conduct sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
• Handle customer negotiations and support the team in closing high-value sales.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage teams and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
