Job Description

  • 1. Sales Cycle ManagementOversee complete inquiry handling and ensure smooth execution of the end-to-end sales cycle:
  • Leads → Calls → Quotations → Filing → Follow-ups → Orders → Payment → After-sales → Reviews
  • Ensure all sales follow-ups are updated immediately in the drive/system.
  • 2. Inquiry & Lead ManagementHandle inquiries from:
  • IndiaMART (Auto Buyleads)
  • Google My Business (Auto inquiries)
  • Social Media platforms
  • Existing references
  • Convert inquiries into qualified leads through structured follow-ups.
  • 3. Live Demo ManagementManage and maintain the demo area:
  • Ensure availability of products, machines, and samples
  • Maintain demo machines with proper nameplates
  • Record customer details during demos (CVN updates weekly)
  • Submit updated demo/customer data to the lead table every Saturday morning.
  • 4. Inventory & Sample ControlEnsure sufficient stock of:
  • Demo machines
  • Consumables
  • Raise requirement forms to Purchase/Stores when needed
  • Maintain proper storage of demo samples in closed containers and designated areas
  • Retain all customer samples under sales responsibility until order conversion.
  • 5. Customer Interaction & ConfidentialityMaintain strict confidentiality of:
  • Customer data
  • Calls, quotations, and documents
  • Do not allow photography or videography inside the premises.
  • 6. Exhibitions & Market EngagementAttend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings
  • Stay updated on:
  • Market trends
  • New technologies
  • Competitor activities
  • Contribute insights for strategic sales improvements.
  • 7. 5S Implementation (Daily Discipline)Follow workplace organization principles:
  • Sort
  • Set in Order
  • Shine
  • Standardize
  • Sustain
  • 8. Reporting & DocumentationDaily ReportingSubmit End-of-Day (EOD) report before 5:30 PM
  • Weekly ReportingUpdate and submit customer/demo data every Saturday morning
  • Monthly ReportingSubmit all documents before 11:00 AM on the 1st of every month:
  • Sales performance proof
  • Target achievement report
  • Quotation files
  • Sales projection report
  • Follow-up call records
  • 9. Documentation & ComplianceMaintain all records in:
  • Manual format
  • Company Drive
  • Ensure documents are accurate, updated, and submitted on time
