Job SummaryWe are looking for energetic and target-driven Sales Officers to drive Loan Against Property (LAP), Gold loan and Personal loanbusiness in the assigned market( in and around coimbatore). The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, customer acquisition, and relationship building. Immediate joiners, freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSource new customers for Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
• Generate leads through direct sales, referrals, and field activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with DSAs, connectors, builders, and channel partners.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions.
• Collect customer documents and ensure accurate application processing.
• Coordinate with the credit and operations teams for quick loan processing and disbursement.
• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and compliance.
• EligibilityBachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Freshers with strong communication skills or candidates with 0–3 years of sales experience are welcome.
• Experience in banking, NBFC, insurance, or financial sales is an added advantage.
• Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are preferred.
• Skills RequiredStrong communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work in the field and achieve targets.
• Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Basic knowledge of banking and financial products.
