Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate with customers, prepare quotations, process orders, and maintain accurate sales records.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team and customers regarding orders and inquiries.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales-related documents.
• Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Follow up with customers for order status and payments.
• Maintain customer databases and sales records.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, accounts, and inventory.
• Generate sales reports and assist in achieving sales targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely support.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Any Graduate.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or customer support (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and email communication.
• Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
