Sales and Marketing Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to promote our products/services, generate new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and support the company's revenue growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and marketing skills.
- Key ResponsibilitiesSales ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and digital channels.
- Meet prospective customers and present products/services effectively.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Collect market feedback and competitor information.
- Marketing ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
- Manage social media and digital marketing activities.
- Coordinate promotional events, exhibitions, and customer engagement programs.
- Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies to increase sales and market share.
- Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales and marketing (freshers may also apply, depending on company requirements).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Preferred SkillsCustomer relationship management (CRM) knowledge.
- Social media marketing experience.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
