Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to promote our products/services, generate new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and support the company's revenue growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and marketing skills.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesSales ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and digital channels.
  • Meet prospective customers and present products/services effectively.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales and marketing (freshers may also apply, depending on company requirements).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Preferred SkillsCustomer relationship management (CRM) knowledge.
