RMC Batching Plant Operator

·        Operate and monitor the RMC batching plant to produce concrete as per approved mix designs

·        Ensure correct loading, unloading, and movement of materials using JCB or other heavy equipment

·        Operate and manage different attachments such as buckets, breakers, augers, etc.

·        Follow instructions from site supervisors, engineers, signalmen, and surveyors

·        Maintain daily operational records including production output, fuel usage, machine hours, and maintenance logs

·        Conduct routine equipment checks and report mechanical or hydraulic issues promptly

·        Ensure compliance with construction site safety standards and environmental regulations

·        Maintain cleanliness and organization of the batching plant area
